Он получает информацию о спаме, рассылаемом по электронной почте, от серверов электронной почты или антиспамового оборудования и сообщает информацию элементам высокого уровня, периодически анализируя ее. Кроме того, он периодически получает обновляемые правила от элементов высокого уровня и распространяет их среди этих подмодулей.
